獨居患病長者支援隊
我們希望可以幫助一些貧窮和患有多種疾病的長者，他們是十分需要幫助的，他們部分甚至會不記得自己要在甚麼時候吃甚麼藥，很容易令他們的病情變得更嚴重，因此，我們打算製作一個出門提示器，提醒長者在出門前帶齊所需物品，減少對生活的不便。
