巴士車長不是一種簡單的職業，車長工作時可能遇到「特別」的乘客，又有可能忍著身體突然其來的不適卻肩負安全把乘客送抵目的地，長時間坐在司機位又引致腰酸背痛，所以學生們望藉計劃減輕及舒緩巴士車長的壓力。
