On the first DreamStarter lesson after the pitching day,
Ms Mandy: How can we read for the blind?
Kaza (thoughtful): Um...I think we can make our own books.
Ms Mandy (shocked): Make our own books?
Katie, KaKa, Joshua, Eden (excited): Yeah! Make our own books!
Ms Mandy (doubted): Wait....how can we make our own books?
Katie (with confidence): We can write stories!
Kaza: Yes, I can write stories!
Ms Mandy: How about the rest? What do you think?
Max, Caleb, Moses, Hailey, Sebastian: Ok~
(Tivona was absent on that day)
From that day, they started reading more stories and learn some skills on writing stories. At the same time, they start making their own books...sharing their stories with their peers...Of course, not very confident enough and the stories are simple one, however, it is always GREAT for children to "publish" their own books, write and share their imaginative world!
Bless the children, keep their mind and interest in writing more stories and be confident in sharing their stories with others.
