The group of animal protectors is currently working on creating picture books about Red Pandas. This project started in early February with kids making drafts on paper and sharing their ideas with each other in class. They were then introduced to an app on an iPad which allowed them to collaborate on an online e-book and provide feedback on each other's work.
The group is also excited to have an upcoming interview with caretakers at the ocean park who look after pandas, red pandas, penguins, dolphins, and sea tortoises. This interview will provide a valuable learning opportunity for the group as they continue to work on their picture books and advocate for animal protection.
Overall, this project is a great way to engage kids in important environmental issues and inspire them to become more involved in protecting wildlife.
