Today was a fruitful day at "Our Hands Farm 一對手農舍". It was a chance for us to get close to the environment and learn some hands on farming techniques. We used all of our senses to experience the world of nature today. We learnt about the different types of plants, the uses of them and we even got to hand pick them to get a closer smell and look of it. We used recycled bottles and a special technique to water plants. It’s as easy as 1,2,3! Poke some holes, close the cap, put water in, flip the bottle and you’re ready to water the plants! Of course we cannot miss out on planting ourselves. We grabbed a pair of gloves and dug our way into the soil...The day was eventful and so useful to our little farmers!
