根據香港中文大學賽馬會老年學研究所按國際助老會「全球長者生活關注指數」的調查，於2016年，在全球97個國家及地區中，香港長者在「相對心理健康」指標僅排第79位，情況受到關注。 我們希望藉著為長者製造人生紀錄冊，讓長者可以緬懷過去珍貴的回憶，為他們帶來歡樂。我們會跟長者訪談收集資料，同時讓長者感受到我們的關懷。
