滋味夢想廚房

觀塘區不少家庭生活壓力大、家長工時長,未必日日準備健康小食。本校又無小食部,同學小息/午膳常靠零食充飢,甚至食辣條等高加工食品,長遠未必有利健康。我哋會由跨學科主題學習日「健康化驗員」起步,透過顯微鏡觀察及閱讀食物標籤,建立「少加工、較健康」判斷準則;再做各級問卷了解需要,設計平價健康餐單與流程,最少2次快閃小食部試營運,並於2026年進行嘉年華分享成果。
