Masks have now become a fashion statement. Some are even willing go out of their way to ensure their facemasks match their clothing. Children also enjoy wearing facemasks with specific cartoons/patterns on them. For instance, during Halloween, Christmas, and Chinese New Year many can be spotted with Holiday-themed face masks as well.
However, while many masks are now designed with fashion in mind, there are none, if not only a few, with prints that serve a meaningful purpose. Which is why our team hopes to raise the spirits our community by spreading positivity through printing empowering messages on masks that hide our smiles.
We have been diligently doing research on Hong Kong mask companies to understand the materials they use and whether or not the organization's values matches our vision. As of now, we are currently reaching out to different mask companies located in Hong Kong to enquire about printing costs.
Any donations, guidance, or support given for this cause are greatly appreciated.
We are a group of 14 students from St.Hilary's Primary School (Tai Po campus) and we hope to create a positive impact in our community.
