About Me
My name is Isaac, and I am from Class 5A at Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui Primary School (Branch). Our school highly values STEAM education and diversification. They have established various STEAM classes for us. We are always encouraged to participate in exchange events and competitions. I am confident that we will have an incredible journey.
Maker Faire
Maker Faire is one of the main checkpoint of this exchange program, which is held worldwide, celebrate the spirit of making and creativity. They bring together makers, inventors, artists, and enthusiasts who showcase their DIY (do-it-yourself) projects, inventions, and technological innovations. Maker Faire Tokyo provides a unique opportunity for international exchange, where people not only get to exhibit their works but also interact with others who share a passion for STEAM.
STEAM Exchange Program
We aim to seize this opportunity to explore the fusion of technology and science and study creative ideas from the creators. I am personally very interested and excited as I have always had a passion for STEAM, and this will be my first visit to Tokyo. When we visit Tokyo, we may not only attend Maker Faire but also explore other STEAM exhibitions, such as the Science Museum. I am personally very interested and excited as I have always had a passion for STEAM, and this will be my first visit to Tokyo.
We want...
To travel to another country, we should learn the national language before visiting Maker Faire in Tokyo. We will need a teacher who can teach us the Japanese language so that we can have easier conversations with the "Makers" and better understand their ideas.
Besides, we will be responsible for paying travel tour and entrance fees required for these visits. I hope you can provide us with financial support so that we can turn this plan into reality, thank you!
