September marks the kickstart of our DreamStarter Project.
The Homeroom teachers have curated a design thinking workshops to the students to foster their understanding in the social issue happened around them.
At the Empathy stage, students were asked to watch a thrilling video of the what happened everyday in the A&E department. Then, they were asked to stand in the shoes of doctor, patients and hospital management, sharing what can be improved in their perspective.
Based on their feedback, the student have located 2 pain point share among the stakeholders.
1. patients & their families feels anxious with the environmental design & without knowing the waiting time for treatment
2. Doctors were disturbed as patients are feeling annoyed with their waiting time

In response to this, we had discussed with the following solutions that might holistically solve the pain point:
1. design a relaxing community area for people to relax
2. An AI queuing system to estimate the time
Stay tuned to see more update to their progress
