惜食、減廢、愛地球 Finished

香港每天棄掉約3600公噸食物殘渣(廚餘)，大部份廚餘仍可食用的；而社會有不少人吃不飽。廚餘帶來嚴重的問題：消耗地球資源、迫爆堆填區、發出臭味，滋擾民生、釋出甲烷，加劇全球暖化、處理廚餘浪費大筆公帑等。為了解決廚餘問題，我們發起「惜食、減廢、愛地球」行動，學做「惜食」廚司。我們回收剩食，分給有需要人士；學習廚藝，與人分享食物；學習如何讓廚餘「再生」；尋找獨特烹調的食譜，分享個中的故事。請多多支持！
