Our inspiration comes from the waste sorting and recycling practices that classmates and teachers carry out at home. We hope to replicate this good practice in our school as well.

We hope to address the issue of the lack of a recycling support system for waste in our campus.
我們如何由0到1開始
我們先了解了香港在垃圾處理和再利用方面的政策、設施和科技等資訊,希望可以將綠在區區的理念引入校園。其次,我們參考了市面上的各種可回收垃圾箱,分析他們的利弊,研究我們需要怎樣的垃圾回收箱,并使用自家的廢棄物(如紙盒等)製作了班級用可回收垃圾桶。然後,我們在自己的班級開展了回收實踐。最後,我們希望製作出更多可回收垃圾桶,將我們的理念和行動推廣至其他班級。
We first researched Hong Kong's policies, facilities, and technologies regarding waste management and recycling, aiming to introduce the concept of "Green in Every District" into our campus. Next, we examined various types of recycling bins, analyzing their pros and cons, and studied what kind of recycling bins we needed. We then used our own waste materials (such as cardboard box) to create recycling bins for our class. After that, we implemented recycling practices within our class. Finally, we hope to produce more recycling bins to promote our ideas and actions to other classes.
我們遇到的挑戰
1. 學校會擔心垃圾回收過程中可能產生的衞生問題;
The school is concerned about potential hygiene issues that may arise during the waste recycling process.
2. 如何有效在其他班級推廣,完成後續的回收服務工作,尤其是指導低年級同學按照要求回收。
How to effectively promote the initiative in other classes and complete the subsequent recycling service work, especially in guiding lower grade students to recycle according to the requirements.
需要的資源及人力
我們試圖以最少的資源花費完成這個項目,故除了自家和班級的廢棄物外,不需要任何額外資源。
We aimed to complete this project with minimal resource expenditure, so aside from our own and our class's waste, we currently do not require any additional resources.
