廚餘再生特使 Finished

現時本港每天產生約3,600公噸廚餘，其中約三分之二源自家居，佔都市固體廢物的23%。廚餘是有機廢物，容易腐爛，棄置在堆填區，會產生大量溫室氣體如甲烷及高污染滲濾污水，嚴重影響環境，因此，靠堆填區棄置廚餘並不符合可持續性發展的環保理念。
