Funds to source packaging materials
Students are working hard to collect donations of travel sized hygiene essentials, but need to package them up, and struggle to find a consistent source of material for packing the items which can be easily and securely carried around by the homeless folks. We appreciate donations of travel size zipper pouches, or drawstring sacks/bags, or the funds to acquire them.
Funds/Workshop for DIY soap making
We hope to put our own hands to work by having students DIY travel size soap bars that are sanitary and easy to carry for the homeless folk, however we need a large quantity of raw materials and funds required to make these in professional workshops. The cost of 1 such workshop is estimated at $12,000.
