香港人多地少，食物高度依賴進口，颱風天更是會出現「搶菜潮」。但其實如今農業科技發达，在家、在天臺都可以合理利用空間，種植常見蔬菜，減少對外的蔬菜依賴，吃到更新鮮的蔬菜，同時培養尊重食物、親近自然的生活態度。我們嘗試推廣「在家種菜」，同時希望在學校的天臺做一片小小的「試驗田」，在學校推廣我們的社區種菜計劃。

香港生活節奏快，便利消費盛行，日常生活中有大量的生活垃圾產生，學生與家庭習慣使用即棄物品，缺乏「減少產生」的意識。堆填區飽和速度快，土地壓力逐漸增大。我們計劃收集日常生活中的可回收垃圾並進行再創作：製作具有藝術氣息的裝飾品；製作花盆並使用智能系統，監測植物的生長情況。

市民誤喂野鴿危害其健康與城市生態。我們通過創意宣傳、環保發明與教育遊戲，推廣科學護鴿知識，促進人鴿和諧共處，共建永續城市。
