香港人多地少，食物高度依賴進口，颱風天更是會出現「搶菜潮」。但其實如今農業科技發达，在家、在天臺都可以合理利用空間，種植常見蔬菜，減少對外的蔬菜依賴，吃到更新鮮的蔬菜，同時培養尊重食物、親近自然的生活態度。我們嘗試推廣「在家種菜」，同時希望在學校的天臺做一片小小的「試驗田」，在學校推廣我們的社區種菜計劃。

我們觀察到觀塘區小學生普遍面臨高壓的成長環境，尤其家庭溝通不暢加劇心理負擔。根據團隊訪談與新聞報導，學業競爭、家長過度期待與缺乏對話管道，使許多孩子累積焦慮卻無處傾訴。成員自身經歷也反映，許多同儕因「說不出口的心事」陷入自我否定。這些現象促使我們思考：能否搭建一個安全平台，讓學生的心聲被聽見，並轉化為家庭理解的橋樑？
